The Hoopla Civil War (also known as The Other Hoopla Civil War and The Hoopla Civil War After No More Worries Civil War), is one of the most studied and written about episodes in Internet history, (16) was a civil war fought on Slack from August 31 st, 2019 to September 3rd, 2019, between the #hiphop-kulture channel.

The Civil War began primarily as a result of Stinke posting a video recorded off of a TV. The video was from a Dave Chapelle standup comedy routine on the video streaming service, Netflix featuring a title sequence with an animated "Chapelle" logo and the audio commentary of Professor X from the X-Clan hiphop group.
