The Hoopla Civil War (also known as The Other Hoopla Civil War and The Hoopla Civil War After No More Worries Civil War), is one of the most studied and written about episodes in Internet history. It was a civil war fought on [[Slack]] from August 31st, 2019 to September 3rd, 2019, between members of the #hiphop-kulture channel.

The Civil War began primarily as a result of Stinke posting a video recorded off of a TV. The video was from a Dave Chappelle stand-up comedy routine on the video streaming service Netflix, featuring a title sequence with an animated "Chappelle" logo and audio commentary by Professor X from the X-Clan hip-hop group.
